1. About SHELA

SHELA is an AI-powered Life Manager platform ("Service") currently in BETA. The Service is provided by Grega Vidmajer ("we", "us"), based in Slovenia, EU.

2. Beta Status

SHELA is currently in beta. This means:

• Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
• The service may experience downtime or bugs
• We provide the service "as is" during the beta period
• Your feedback helps us improve — we appreciate it

3. Account & Access

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per person — no shared accounts
• You must be at least 16 years old to use SHELA

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use SHELA for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the system
• Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Resell or redistribute access to SHELA
• Overwhelm the system with automated requests

5. AI-Generated Content

Important disclaimer:

• SHELA uses advanced AI to generate responses
• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases
• SHELA is NOT a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial)
• You are responsible for verifying and acting on AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI responses

6. Tokens & Payment

• SHELA operates on a token-based system
• Token packages are non-refundable once used
• Unused tokens do not expire during active subscription
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

• Content YOU create using SHELA belongs to you
• The SHELA platform, design, and technology belong to us
• You grant us a license to use your input data to provide the service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law:

• SHELA is provided "as is" during the beta period
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable EU regulations. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
