Pricing FAQ
What counts as a "task"?
A typical task runs SHELA for ~3 iterations and uses ~36,000 credits. Simple questions cost much less. Complex builds (websites, long research, video generation) can cost more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Settings in one click. Your access continues until the end of your billing period — no prorated refunds, but no surprise charges either.
Do unused credits expire?
Daily refresh credits refresh every day — they don't stack. Included monthly credits and purchased credit packs do NOT expire while your account is active.
What about the yearly plans?
Pro yearly is $336 ($28/mo — save $84). Enterprise yearly is $1,718 ($143/mo — save $430). Switch in Settings → Billing.
Can I get a refund?
If something's broken or you changed your mind in the first 7 days, email us. We're reasonable.
